    Just reaching out to anyone in the group who's organisation uses Maximo for either Contract Management or any procurement functions.  We currently use Maximo as our contract Management System and are starting to populate the contract line items within Maximo.  This will enable us to start raising PR's/PO's against these contracts to to do better contract and vendor management.  We currently use the inventory modules, but mainly for stock items.  This project is about treating stock items and non-stock items in a similar way so we can better understand the whole of life costs on our asset base.

    Our Project Team would like to either visit a site or conduct a Webex with multiple organisations were we can hear the stories of people that may have already done this.

    Any assistance in this area would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Stephen,

    We dont use Maximo for Contractor Management but are starting to investigate using fixed price contracts for vendors.  Happy to share when I learn something worth sharing :-)

    Im in the process of doing a pilot of contract onboarding and compliance now. I think it would be great to sync up with others on this.
