I have a search template called "Documents". This search template  has mandatory fields Field1, Field2 and Field3. Search must work If a value exists for any of the mandatory fields. Could you please suggest some solution using EDS or Plug-in customization.

If all 3 fields are mandatory, how do you mean 'if a value exists for ANY of the mandatory fields' ?
All fields should have a value, isn't it?
Do you mean the search must work if any of the fields have a non-empty values?

Hi Nanda,

At the moment the user must enter values in all mandatory fields. Then the search button is enabled.

My requirement is, the search button should be enabled if the user enter value in minimum one mandatory field. I hope it is clear.

You can try using EDS -  Make them all mandatory by default and once the user edit any of the mandatory property then disable the "required" attribute for other two properties.
