Content-Based Retrieval : How to re-index documents based on a specific Creation-Date ?

  • 1.  Content-Based Retrieval : How to re-index documents based on a specific Creation-Date ?

    Hello Community,

Is there a practical way to re-index only documents from a specific date?

    Background:
There were problems with a customer's CSS, which meant that documents from the last two weeks were not indexed.
Search and bulk operations are not an option here because there are too many documents.
But I would also like to avoid a complete reindexing at this point.

Is it possible to trigger re-indexing via a custom sweep, for example?
I couldn't find any information here.

    Regrads
    Michael

    Hello Michael,

Why don't you use a full-text reindex job with a filter expression?

    Bye,

    Problem is solved.

I have to update to CPE 5.6.0 or later first.

Looks like IBM added a Reindex Job Sweep now.

    Regards
    Michael
