High Level Input:
Proxy server is not able to sustain the connections after some time and doesn�t return the response from any of the services you invoke from a client.
I am very sure if any of customer has implemented a Clustered webMethods environment, they might have come across this issue through Proxy Server.

If the connections between Reveerse invoke and the internal server remain idle for more 100 secs or so they become dead and are dropped.So you need to schedule a service keep alive connections every 30 secs.Also in our environment we have written a service that checks nuber of RI connection if they are less than 15 then it registers new connections. Hope This helps
