  • 1.  Connection Error after install

    I have install IS and the developer component and receive the error below when trying to start the developer software.

    “Could not open session to host ‘localhost:5555’.
    Connection refused:connect”

    I running the WM software on a Windows 2000 server os.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sorry if this is too obvious, but that is the error I get if the server isn’t running (or not running on port 5555).

    After you launch the server, do a netstat /a to check what listening port has been opened on that machine.
