Hi community,

We use webMethods platform and CentraSite 9.7.

We encounter a problem when we try to connect to our CentraSite Business UI platform with administrator accesses. We get an error message saying that the login/password is incorrect.please find on attachement the login error,

This is the error we encounter in the CentraSite logs (CentraSiteCommand.log)
Caused by: com.softwareag.tamino.db.API.invocation.TAuthorizationException( message: Authorization failed. Invalid userId and password!, version: 9.0.0.0.50, java: 1.7.0, os: AIX 7.1 ):

However, we use the same accesses to connect to the Pluggable UI and it works just fine.
Besides, we are able to use the “take a tour” option to see the BuisnessUI as anonymous.

The users are shared between pluggable UI and business UI, so why should we encouter an error on one of those UI ?!
