Connecting SMB file share from MFT

    I’m looking for connecting Windows File shares (using SMB protocol) to pick & post files by MFT.
    In the MWS management console, I could see the help text as “FILE://///SharedFolder” whereever a physical file location shall be configured. But unfortunately it’s not working when I mention the file share location as suggested in the help text.

    For reference, MFT (wM ver 9.9) instance is running in Linux environment and File share is in Windows environment.
    Does anyone successful in achieving this?
