    First I cd to $DTX_HOME_DIR/examples/general/map/sinkmap.

When I type 'dtx sinkmap' the unix shell responds that dtx is not found.

When I type 'mercator sinkmap' the map runs. The output begins with "IBM WebSphere Transformation Extender(TM) IBM(TM) RS/6000 AIX(TM) Command Server - version 8.2.0.3(58)_64bit © Copyright 2008 IBM Corporation. All rights reserved.".

I am confused. Was the command server installed properly or not? Why isn't the command 'dtx' found? And why does 'mercator' run the 8.2.0.3 version?

Yes, I just tried that and it does work.

My colleague sent an email poiting out the soft links in the bin directorty. Now I have created a softlink so that the dtx points to dtxcmdsv. I assumed that dtx was the default because the dtx command was used in the Command Server book in the Online Library. Thank you.
