We have recently rolled out Cognos 11.0.11. We are finding out there is a conflict between Cognos 11 and the web-based PeopleSoft application.
Cognos Users who are also logged into PeopleSoft get random errors in Cognos and in many cases can't even access Cognos 11 at all, they get
http error 404. All errors are gone once user logout of PeopleSoft!
Has anyone encountered similar situation?What was the solution?
