  • 1.  Configuring native email on Android Enterprise

    A customer configured ActiveSync under Android Enterprise Settings and on the device he sees a MaaS360 notification to configure Corporate Email.
    He sees the correct username and domain but when he clicks  Configure nothing happens.

    -> Android Enterprise uses the Gmail app for native ActiveSync
    Whitelist the Gmail app under Android Enterprise Settings - App Compliance - System Apps to be Whitelisted

    I had the same problem. I solved this by adding application "MaaS360 Mail" to the catalog and checking the Instant Install item.
