I am configuring datalink from an Applications file loaded into datadrop.  This is to keep on top of apps that have been corrected or added to our Alfabet system so I want it to overwrite the existing file, not load to a specific month.  Is there a way to load to the Initial upload?

You should be able to download a copy from Alfabet and overwrite it Apptio as an initial load.

If you select a specific time period and set it to the month and year the project began in the data link it should overwrite the initial upload.  If that does not work another option would be to overwrite the initial upload with a file that just has the headers and then upload the data in the first month of the project so that you can then select it but I believe selecting the earliest time period will overwrite that initial upload.

Yeah, I think I will have to do that (using the beginning of the project as the Specific time period.
