Please give me your best advices  on how to set up the variance analysis in IT Planning in Apptio. 

We do not want to have many smaller variances to explain.

But with the configuration: 100 000 or 50% ,we of course get the rows that was planned for a small amount say 7000 but where actuals did not come in. These are of course 100% of the forecast, but annoyingly small to explain...

How should we get rid of smaller amounts?
