Confidence Intervals 95% /P-value

    hi
    I have data containing three columns.
    The first: gender is (male, female).
    second: contains three answers (long, medium, short)
    The third is five answers (Fat, so fat, Skinny, Very skinny, natural)
    How do I calculate results between two columns, such as gender & height or gender & obesity for:
    - Confidence Intervals 95% /P-value
    - Relative risk ratios "odd ratio" / P-value
    - Crude OR (95% CI) /P-value
    - Adjusted OR (95% CI) /P-value
