Sounds like a possible bug. Suggest you create a case with IBM support

This sounds like a problem I am having in 11.1.5, I set the value and it disappears.  I did open a ticket for it.

@Jo Marie Sellner - If you get a response from your ticket, would you please share the work around/Solution. Our matter experts have not had much luck figuring it out. ​​​​On another note, how do you open a ticket?
