Computers with disconnected scans not showing in LMT.

    Hello,

    Some of our servers are using IBM i disconnected scanner package (9.2.27.0-20220317-0046). It runs once a month and the resulting scans are uploaded to and processed by LMT server.

    Those servers show up in the "Computer" report page the day the scan is run and uploaded but disappear the next day.

    I can still find some data about those servers in the "Software Classification" report page where they are shown with the "This agent was deleted" icon.

    Is it an attended behaviour ? How can I make those servers to still show up in the "Computer" report page even if there is no new data available ?

    I've tried to configure the report view but without much success.

    Hi,

    Please check the following setting

    1. Log in to License Metric Tool.
    2. Go to Management > Advanced Server Settings.
    3. To enable the feature, set the decommission_inactive_computers parameter to true, and click Save.
    4. To set the inactivity period after which the computers are automatically decommissioned, configure the value of max_data_visibility_for_inactive_computers parameter to the required number of days, and click Save. By default, the inactivity period is set to 90 days.

    Then verify the last scan date of the of the computer.

    If this does not resolve the issue, please open a case and upload the scan package and the output of the report
