With Import debug enabled, I could identify those references to the one of machines in question:

I could not see any duplicities, maybe you could find out something, so I am attaching the debug log of this Import.

At first you have to check if some other computers with the same Host/IP pair as those missing one are present in the ILMT.
If so, it would mean that some BigFix agent duplicates exist in the environment....
I'd start with enabling debug level of data import logging: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/license-metric-tool/9.2.0?topic=codes-import-logs
and look around ComputerReconciliationImportStep.
Check if any duplicates have been reported...verify if those missing IDs are being shown up or not.
At last let me know the ILMT Server version which you are using as some fixes around Computer Reconciliation/Reactivation been delivered in the past.

We have 2 out of about 1000 computers which are visible / present in the BigFix (Console) but not present / visible in the ILMT.
I can see their ID metioned in the Data Import log:
2025-09-03 12:38:24:929 (+0:00:00.078) INFO: The computer with the following ID: 1611069270 on the Data Source datasource will be reactivated and restored.
2025-09-03 12:38:24:929 (+0:00:00.000) INFO: The computer with the following ID: 549537885 on the Data Source datasource will be reactivated and restored.
Message is indicating those will be restored - means visible again ?, but despite of few Data Imports computers are still in the BigFix only, not in ILMT.
Tried to unsubscribe and subscribe back in BigFix (to ILMT site) but no result - still the same problem.
Any hints how to "recover" those, so both would be visible again in the ILMT.
