I've just joined this community & I'm hoping it'll be the perfect place to go crowd-sourcing for a reading list! A colleague & I are looking to start an AI series with the aim of upskilling / introducing a really wide range of colleagues from across the IBM businesses in AI concepts / technical baselines & awareness of the new watsonx offerings.

Both of us have technical backgrounds, but we're looking to pull together a best-of-the-best list of resources for whatever level you're coming into this space from -- whether that's a complete beginner or an AI tech whiz! So, the ask from me is: what're the best resources you've seen / used to introduce or upskill your AI & watsonx knowledge?
