    could someone tell me how I could compare two groups with differents sample size using SPSS?

    Hi @Christel Kamani

    There are many ways in IBM SPSS Statistics to "compare two groups with differents sample size[s]".  I suspect you will need to give this group more details about what you are trying to do.

    • What are the measurement levels of the variables involved?
    • What are the sample sizes?
    • What assumptions about the data do you want to make (i.e. parametric versus non-parametric)?

    Many thanks for your email. 
    The context is followed: I have measured the uptake in 15 lesions (group A), and I want to compared these uptake with the uptake in 7 lesions (Group B). These lesions have all been measured in 7 participants. In group B, one lesion corresponds to one participants. In group A, participants have at least one measurement, and up to 3.
