    Are there any tools to allow two packages or services to be compared, reporting (for instance) service steps that have been added, removed, or modified?

    Hello,
    The flow services are save to the file system of the server as text files. You can use a file editor that supports the diff of two files. Like on Windows, there is Windiff. That is not a stucture check, just a text check. How ever, for small hidden changes, that may be enough. Good day.
