  • 1.  Community edition fails to install

    Hello, 

    Specs: CentOS 7.5.1804.minimal. 200gb HDD, 16 GB RAM, 4 Cpus

    The whole installation is successful until it gets to this point:
    Checking that tomcat is running and ready (attempt 4/30)
    Tomcat is running and ready.
    - httpd
    - hostcontext
    OK: Found 10.14.28.11 in managedHost table after 19 seconds.
    ERROR: Failed to trigger a deploy.
    ERROR: do_deploy function failed. Exit code = 2.
    Failed. Exit code: 255. Message:
    ERROR: Failed to run '/opt/qradar/bin/qradar_setup' script: 255
    ERROR: Failed. Exit code: 255. Case 1.
    ERROR:
    ERROR: Failed to run qradar_netsetup.!
    (see log /var/log/setup-7.3.1.20180723171558/qradar_setup.log for further details or use -h for help)

    Strangely enough Qradar is then accessible from a browser and appears to be working but it still says it failed!

    If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Can you share /var/log/setup-7.3.1.20180723171558/qradar_setup.log output. also confirm your environment, you are installing on virtual or physical system.
