    I think I answered my own question. The Commerce Manager documentation on page 17 says you must be on version 8.1.7.8.

    If your issue with loading structure validation happens while processing records 2502, 2503 or 2505, we had a similar issue. We resolved this issue by installing the Oracle ODBC driver 8.1.7.6.
