I see you are an IBMer from the Community page - not sure why you are asking these question on a public forum?
The Feature code like #EM6U translation to Field Replaceable Unit number (FRU) - like the one in your picture (well done on suppling it) is handled by IBM hardware support.
Do you have or the customer have a regular HW support person you can ask to look it up?
Failing that make a hardware PMR (not called a Support case) to ask your question - What is the FRU for the #EM6U memory?
Actually, the Power Sales Manual might have tht einformation too - I am retired and do not have access.
In this particular case the #EM6U feature is two 128GB memory DIMMs (they are replace in a minimum of two).
From you picture we see the DIMM is 128GB = 131072MN (top right).
The #EM6U us the only 128GB memory DIMM allowed in the S1024 - confirm that in the Redbook
https://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redpapers/pdfs/redp5675.pdf
See table 2-14 The 128BG memory #EM6U only comes in one frequency.
-->#EM6U 256 GB (2x128GB) DDIMMs, 2933 MHz, 16-Gbit DDR4 memory
Only certified parts can run in Power Servers - if the wrong part is put in the machine the hardware boot up would reject the part so it would not work and the machine may even refuse to start.
that is as much informationn as I have.
Good luck, cheers, Nigel

Subject: Command to show memory speed in AIX?
Dear Sir,
Thanks for your information. We found the service part for the memory already as in the attached file, but we cannot find the information to convert from service part to feature code #EM6U. Because this server is online for production, so it's hard to shut down right now. Could you please help to advise how to find the public information to convert from CCIN 32AD to feature code #EM6U? We need this information for the acceptance process. Thanks so much!

Just a further thaought; AIX lsvpd
might be able to show the memory specifications like: part numbers, serial numbers and some fine details
but you know all that from the sticker on the DIMM.
It is all inventory information not a measured values.

Hi,
That is easy - run on AIX: shutdown -Fh - do the same for all LPARs and VIOSs and the shutdown the server.
Then use an earth strap to ground yourself and yank out the memory DIMM take a detailed picture of the label.
Do the reverse and powerup the server, start the VIOS and LPARs.
Then look up the details on the DIMM label on the WWW to determine the speed.
Car analogy: What is the value clearance? Stop and power off the car take the engine apart an measure the gap.
Although AIX many be aware of the DIMM specs (the firmware checked memory was suitable and powered up the DIMM and memory subsystem during start-up). AIX does not set or measure the speed of the memory.
Hope this helps, cheers, Nigel

Hi all,
We just bought the new server S1024 and the description for the memory is "256GB (2x128GB) DDIMMs, 2933 MHz, 16GBIT DDR4". How can I check the memory speed is 2933 MHz in AIX?
Thanks in advance!
