Patrick's idea would work - assuming you could sort your data so that the colors always line up with how they appear in the chart. If you can't do that then I do not think Patrick's idea will work for you.
The only other option I can think of is to create a custom visualization or use a custom control (like a D3 type of chart) that you could use to hide certain aspect of the legend.

I see just one solution if you want this value only visible in the chart and not in the legend.
Hide the legend and create a fake legend (that could be an image you can set anywhere around your visualization). This workaround is only possible if you have the same data in the legend.

I have a chart with a query object in CA 12.0.4. Now a column (No Data) should be displayed in the chart, but not in the legend. I could remove it by using a column name with a blank, but the point with the color indicator remains. Coloring it white doesn't make sense since it doesn't always appear in the same position. How can I modify the legend so that this value is only visible in the chart and not in the legend?
