  • 1.  Collectors GUI tabs are missing

    Hi Experts,

    We have installed p25 at the CM end. initially, it got stuck and the support team tried twice where they deleted and truncated the tables, and the patch succeeded. The same patch has been installed with Backup CM too. After that, collectors GUI tabs are missing like reports and stap control tab, etc., so kindly assist in resolving this.

    Hi,

    try to unregister and re-register the effected collectors. test in one and if it solve your issue apply the same in the rest of collectors.
