Hi,

Is there a recommended way to show collaboration between an organisation and external customers / 3rd party in Blueworks? 

I have done this in other tools using message events and message flows but Blueworks does not offer the 'message flow' object. Effectively, depicting the customer and/or 3rd party as a black-box but still showing the flow of information.

Hi Riz,

I've seen this done through message events as you have mentioned -- Blueworks Live has many of the BPMN 2.0 event types -- Intermediate Message Events (send/receive on a flow), Start Message Events and End Message Events as well as Boundary Message Events that you can add to an activity.  Do you need some help finding any of these?



We also see this done as part of the activity details in fields/custom fields or as a subprocess.
