I'm developing a COIN Dashboard to help our organization optimize utilization through rightsizing/terminating resources.  We have reached a point of  data ingestion and looking for ideas to present to our users in a simple useful way for them to potentially action.  I'm looking for ideas for dashboarding as well as coomunication, much like the the Rightsizing ROI page.  If the Rightsizing ROI page had the coin information, that would be suffice. 

We have reached out to our CSM's and unfortunately outside of a demo environment, there isn't much on different types of COIN dashboards they can share.

This is an example of what we're showing without breaking down Prod and Non-Prod resources.  We basically took Non-prod weekend costs and added a column for Non-Prod weekend savings.

If anyone can share some insight I would appreciate it.  Thank you.
