IBM Business Analytics

I did all the steps to register a profile. On the "my products" screen, I see that my Coursera on-line training - Data Visualizations has the green "Active" image, but when need to click the "Launch" button it is greyed out and I am unable to. Please advise?

Hey mate, 

Has your problem sorted out? Because I am also struggling with the same kind of problem, but my problem is different in a sense that it is still showing "Activation in progress" for 5 days now. And if your problem has been solved, then kindly tell me how you got it done.
