IBM Business Analytics

Does anyone know where in the Cognos capabilities where you add the option for choosing "Run As" in the menu to the right of reports? This would be where you do not need to go into the report at all, just run it from within Team Content.

We added some new groups for view only access, but the report is greyed out so they cannot run it and the menu (3 dots) does not inccude "Run As".

I modeled after another existing view group, but am guessing I need to add the new group somewhere in the capabilities, similar to where we have to add groups to the "User Defined SQL" section in Report Studio.

I will attach a sample screenshot for reference.

I figured it out. I needed to add the "Reader" group to all the new ones. THis allowed that menu item to return.
