Cognos Analytics upgradation to higher versions

    Hello Guys,

    We are planning to upgrade Cognos Analytics to higher versions. Currently we are using Cognos Analytics 11.0.9 and we are planning to upgrade to Cognos Analytics 11.1.5. Here i would like to know what are the steps i need to follow for upgradation can anyone help me on this?
