  • 1.  Cognos Analytics Licencies Update

    Hi,
    We have Cognos Analytics 11.1.7 installed.
    Due to a configuration error, we have assigned some users to the Analytics Administrators role.
    We assigned the users to the correct Roles but in the Licenses section, when pressing the "Refresh" button, the number of Administrator licenses used is not updated.
    Is there any way to force the renewal of these licenses so that the reading is correct?

    Hi Diego,
    I think these users have to login again. In this way Cognos can update the roles.

    Hi,
    I just tested on a new installation of Cognos Analytics 11.2 and now it does update the license type correctly.

    With Cognos Analytics 11.2 the problem is resolved.
