IBM Business Analytics

Hi,

my colleague created a Trialuser for Cognos Analytics on Cloud and now wants to deploy a Framework Manager Model.

 

For Gateway and URI we are using the following URL: eu2.ca.analytics.ibm.com

 

When we now want to open a Framework Manager Model we get the Login Windows. We enter the credentials and receiver the message "Hmm, your browser is not compatible. Your browser is not supported by IBM Cognos Analytics. Please try using a different browser." (See Screenshot)

We tried to disable the IE compatibility mode in Edge and switch from Edge to Chrome and Firefox as Default Browser but nothing worked.

Hi Marcel.

Framework Manager Packages are not supportet on Cognos Analytics On-Demand-Cloud environments.

A number of restrictions exist there. The most important ones:
- no packages (framework manager / powercubes / dynamic cubes)
- no output to file system
- no burst reports- no jobs
