  • 1.  Cognos Analytics 11.1.3 ping error

    ​We are running Cognos Analytics 11.1.3 on RHEL 6.  We have it set up on two separate boxes with the second box being the stand-by.   Starting with the October O.S. patches, cognos workareas and indexes are getting corrupted.  I have deleted everything under data/search, cognosserver/workarea and dataset-service/workarea and restarted cognos and things have cleared up a bit ... However, I am still getting 503 errors in the cognosserver.log for /bi/v1/ping and file not found for /bi/v1/ping and /p2pd/servlet ping.  Has anyone else had these errors or problems with that last RHEL O.S. patches corrupting cognos?

    Hi,

    I have a similar issue on Windows server and Cognos Analytics v11.2.4. It seems to be something about BIResponseWrapper or BIFilter, certainly with /bi/v1/search...

    Any idea?
