    Apologies this meant for the Cognos Analytics Board

    Hi All,

    Is it true that Cognos v11,v12 etc can no longer be deployed to third party application servers (e.g. Full Websphere, Oracle, JBoss etc) like it could in v8,v10 days.

    The 'build application files' option no longer appears under the actions menu to generate an ear or war in cognos configuration

    The Cognos supported environments only lists "embedded WebSphere Application Server" so I guess I'm answering my own question ..

    can any on the site confirm this. Seems like it would of been a big deal to drop that. Thanks
