I'm looking for some guidance on patching a Windows 2008 Server running Cognos 10.1.1 to support TLS1.2.
According to this KB post, it can be done:

However, Cognos will no longer start. It just hangs on the startup screen and provides no error or logs that help find the cause.
If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
