    The SAG Installation Guide is pretty good.

    Then you have the remaining documentation when you install the product.

    It does run what of the box and starts gathering BAM and BPM info as soon as you start it.

    What is giving you trouble?

    Thanks for the reply, My trouble is “cant we generate custom reports??”. For example on emp table something like that??
