I hope to use cluster analysis to do some research. Could you please let me know what I am supposed to download?

See what you have under Analyze > Classify. There are three built-in clustering procedures: k means, two step, and hierarchical plus nearest neighbor. These are already installed if your license includes them.

There are also some other clustering methods available as extensions that can be installed via Extensions > Extension Hub
