'clstat -o' sporadically returns incorrect values

    Environment: several clusters with HACMP 5.5, OS: AIX v5.3 and v6.1.

    Issue: An external monitoring application calls 'clstat -o' on cluster nodes to probe the cluster state.
    From time to time 'clstat -o' returns incorrect value, stating that the cluster is down and has 0 nodes.

    Is that a known issue? What can be causing this?
