Hello, we had an internal discussion point come up at uShip regarding how Instana does not seem to be able to pass along CloudFlare traces, this would be a useful feature to have if it doesn't exist in some form. Searching through support and the ideas pages does not seem to indicate this feature currently exists. Are there any workarounds for this if it's not officially supported yet perhaps?

Instana has support for W3C headers, if the incoming request has W3C headers, we can propagate the traceContext. I hope you mean about HTTP requests.

I understand from here that it is possible to transform CloudFlare headers. So, if we can transform the cloudFlare header to comply with traceParent(W3C), we can read it and can propagate it. I hope this helps.
