When I run through the config on the server, it is all fine, everything is green, connects to AD perfectly and the Activesync server. When I go to the cloud extender portal, it says at the top cloud extender is not operational and that the last report date was 12/17/2019. I am not sure how to edit any of these settings and when I go to the cloud extender settings, on the left of the portal it only displays Health Check Status and Exchange Activesync, no AD and no user visibility settings
