As shargus perviously mentioned, you must first unmount the filesystem.
If there is a process (including your ksh session ;) ) you must figure it out first.
you can try the following:
fsuser -kuc /mount_point; umount -f /mount_point
The first command will kill all the process who are using files on the related mount point.
the second one will force the unmount afterwards, just in case.
