cl_extendvg: Error executing extendvg

    I have all the latest fixes on my system. I am running AIX5.3 ml01 and HACMP 5.2 with all the latest fixes there. I am attempting to add new vpaths to my shared vg and get the following message:

    cl_extendvg: Error executing extendvg mmgrvg vpath13 vpath15 vpath14 vpath12 vpath16 on node mmgra

    I syncronized the cluster before I attempted to add the vpaths with no errors there. I totally confused on where to go from here. Somebody help me please.

    take a look at "MAX PVs:" with command lsvg.

    If you have a basic vg and have 32 pvs, this is the limit. To resolve you must convert it to big vg or scalable vg.
