Need to know if WDG supports Citrix or not?
if yes, kindly I need the guid that explain how WDG works with citrix. I want to automate a proccess it's app works with citrix.

Hi Arwa,

Currently for WDG bot command cannot work directly with Citrix as well as other remote desktop as it cannot identify the control of elements in Citrix/RDP.
A work around is to use vision driver/snipping tool to automate (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/rpa/20.12?topic=recorder-overview). This way the bot basically use vision/image to maneuver rather than the menu control of applications however.
