ci Command to Initialize the printer

    Our HP (5si)printer is set up as a printer file type of passthru and I've been asked to issue and ESC P command prior to printing a file to initialize the printer.

    When I looked at the output from lsvirprt from the printer, it shows both ci and cr for initialize and restore and enabled. Also it shows the actual string being used for the initialize which is

    %IpU%?%G_j%{2}=

    I'm guessing this is some sort of PCL code string. Can anyne verify and/or provide some sort of translation?
