I installed Tamino XML Server on linux
Then I had to change the hostname.
Tamino still shows the old hostname in the SMH.
I had to put the old name in the hosts file.

Is there a way to change the hostname in the
Tamino setup WITHOUT installing Tamino from scratch??

The absolutely easiest way is just to ADD a new host with the correct name in the SMH.
SMH automatically knows from registry info what product are installed, so you wont have to reconfigure anything.
When you have checked that everything is OK you can the delete the old hostname.
