Hello,
Our servers reside in the "America/Montevideo" timezone (UTC -0300 UYT). Forwards and backwards time changes for Daylight Saving have been performing right for the last years but now, the official regulations for daylight saving have changed.
This year's first October weekend America/Montevideo timezone WON'T enter in daylight summer time (UTC -0200 UYST). Thus in March, timezone will not go back to UTC -0300.
As far as we know, AIX 6.1 and 7.1 systems will move int UYST unless we chagen the time zone setup.
Do we have to wait for a patch from IBM?
How can we change the whole thing to a custom-way to manipulate not entering daylight saving time?
