    Hello team,
    I am working on IBM Security Verify, and my goal is to change the background of the login page and the launchpad. Does anyone know how to do it?

    Hi Carmine, from this link https://docs.verify.ibm.com/verify/docs/branding-and-customization, I think the answer for customization of launchpad it's no, in any case you can create and Idea here https://ideas.ibm.com/products/6431760981739898092, the Dev team does take customers feedback into review to improve our products.

    To be able to customize the login pages you can go to:

    • Verify SaaS instance -> User Experience -> Branding

    where you can find the default template. You cand download it, customize it and later upload a new theme.

    After customize the theme you can assign it to the Application itself on:

    • Verify SaaS instance -> Applications -> Applications -> yourApp (settings) -> Theme.

    Your newly created Theme will appear there.
