I would like to know if there's a way to receive an email notification when a computer's certificate expires and changes to "Disconnected" status. Additionally, I would like to know how often this certificate needs to be reinstalled on each computer.

Based on IBM guideline here Invalid certificate - IBM Documentation

Your certificate lasts 1 year.  There is no feature to update expired date when create new cert or reupdate expired date after creating. You can take note those  on Calendar to renew later.
