  • 1.  Cert based WiFi auth for MacOS

    Has anyone been able to import MobileConfig profiles and deploy them?  Our network engineer has created a couple to configure cert based wifi auth and MaaS doesn't seem to be deploying them, i see no evidence that they have been installed after getting the policy update notification on the Mac. I go to profiles and see no new ones imported.

    Hi Kelly,

    I've successfully used mobileconfig files on Macs before, though not this exact use case.  Would you mind opening a case with our support teams?  I think we'll need to review the policy and mobilconfig file, and don't want to expose any sensitive data in a public thread.

    To successfully install the payloads, please use <plist> to </plist> only. If you have <xml> header there, please remove it. Also, sometimes editors mess up the encoding format of the file. So please use notepad to edit the file and upload it.
