Hi,

We have installed ARIS and centrasite 9.8, We would like to integrate them and pull the IS Service data from centrasite into ARIS.

Can someone point out to the steps of integrating ARIS 9.8 with Centrasite 9.8?

Do we need webMethods to integrate these two products?

Any pointers and steps is greatly appreciated.

Hi Kamesh,

Inside ARIS database, there should be an option for connecting ARIS to Centrasite. So there is no need to use other webMethods products for this type of Integration (btw they’re both webMethods products). So the steps are as below:

1. Open database properties
2. Select tab CentraSite connection
   (Activate checkbox to use CentraSite services and fill out the Address field)
