CDC Instance Creation Failing

    DB: Oracle Exadata ,Enterprise Edition 19.29

    We tried to create a new instance connection, the dmconfigurets command stuck trying to add the new instance.We have killed -3 <processid> multiple times to isolate the call stack that CDC is stuck on,but that doesn´t stop the process.

    Error:
